Louisa Prossor's will
This is the last Will and Testament of me Louisa Lavinia Prossor of 34 Kensington Liverpool in the County of Lancashire. I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore by me made. I appoint Catherine Brounfield 40 Kensington Liverpool Lancashire and Rosie Minnie Sneyd of 34 Kensington Liverpool Lancashire to be the Executor of this my will I direct my Executor to pay my just debts and funeral and testamentary Expenses. I give and bequeath all I possess in household effects in goods & chatels & all insurances to be equally divided between my son Charles Earnest Prossor & my daughter Marie Bramhill after paying all funeral expenses & placing me at rest. Also that they shall sign a paper to this effect: That they shall look after their father as long as he lives & will not turn him out of his home. Also that the said Charles Earnest Prossor will grant his sister Marie Bramhill tenancy of the house 34 Kensington to insure her a living for herself & family providing the said Marie Bramhill will grant her brother Charles Earnest Prossor a room in the same premises for business purposes if required. Witness my hand this third day of November 1921.
