3. Margaret Mulvey aged 65 Independent not born Cheshire, David D Mulvey aged 15 not born Cheshire

Mulvey family from the IGI
Working from the IGI, we have established this scenario:
November 7, 1795 - Marriage of William Mulvey and Peggy Smith in Lancaster
If this is the right family they moved down from Lancaster between 1801 - 1804.
The confusion over which William is ours (William son of John, b Lancaster 1803, or William son of William, b Chester 1806) is increased because William and Peggy name a second son William.
From the above, we can work out that the family stayed in Chester from 1804 - 1806, then moved to Frodsham till 1812 then back to Chester.
Mulvey in Liverpool
Jane Mulvey, daughter of William and Peggy, married John Dawson and they had five or six children baptised at St James Church, Liverpool. A couple of them have Mulvey as a second name.
